In a truly twisted turn of events, it was announced yesterday that Ryan Murphy will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Golden Globe Awards. The Carol Burnett Award has been presented only four times, once to Burnett herself, and later to Ellen DeGeneres and All in the Family creator Norman Lear.
Obviously, the gays have something to say about it.
The award is given to someone “based on the body of work and the lasting impact of their television career achievements on both the industry and audiences,” which is a fair accolade for Murphy, given that he has irreparably shattered the television landscape. https://t.co/RB4oRv7Z2s

pose As an aside, she doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to writing trans women characters.
Hey everyone!
Remember in Nip/Tuck when one of the characters discovers another character is trans because of how her vagina feels when he’s inside her? What is it really???

One could take the news as a slap in the face to a community still reeling from terror A monster:
Netflix canceling Warrior Nun and renewing that dahmer series for a few seasons is my last straw

Ryan Murphy strikes a pose while adding the LGBTQ tag to Dahmer and being upset that they took it off just sends me

Sorry, I refuse to believe that Ryan Murphy had good intentions with Dahmer when his game plan since 2011 was to “play a psycho and hope it creates a fandom.”

Anyway, Ryan, if you’re reading, someone in Scotland has your shirt.
Saw this TikTok last night and thought I’d give it a boost. If you went to this hs in 2006 and/or know Ryan Murphy look him up and send him a message or if you don’t have a TT let me know and I will.
Or maybe you just want to hear a great Scottish accent that’s just as well. pic.twitter.com/MX0lOF9yZ5
