JVCKENWOOD Corporation (“JVCKENWOOD”) has been awarded the “Internet IR Award 2022” for the fourth year in a row, selected by Daiwa Investor Relations Co. Ltd. (“Daiwa IR”).
The Internet IR Award is based on Daiwa IR’s “5T&C”* concept, which positions the Internet as an integral element of corporate investor relations programs. 3,996 listed companies as of June 1, 2022 were screened and evaluated for shareholder/investor websites using Daiwa IR’s proprietary criteria. Of the 3,996 companies listed for 2022, 155 were selected for awards (10 Grand Prizes, 12 Excellence Awards and 133 Commendation Awards).

In formulating the 2022 assessment criteria, the assessment items were revised taking into account the discussions of the Financial System Board’s Disclosure Working Group and the latest trends in IR sites. Under such conditions, JVCKENWOOD continued to meet the evaluation criteria set by Daiwa IR in 2022 for the fourth consecutive year and received the Commendation Award, in which companies with a total score of 70 points or more are selected as candidates.
JVCKENWOOD will continue to work to deepen the understanding of its shareholders and investors by further expanding corporate information, including IR information on the company’s website and by disclosing relevant information.
