How to use Xbox Game Pass and play with touch on your mobile

Now that you know what Xbox Game Pass’s Play With Touch feature is and what games are available through the service, you might want to know how to actually use the feature and start streaming to your mobile phone without a controller. To start streaming with Xbox Game Pass without a controller, follow these steps:

  • Download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile device.
  • From the Xbox Game Pass home screen, scroll through the subcategories until you find one Play with touch and choose Show all.

  • This will take you to a list of games that are available without controller streaming. Select the title you want to stream.
  • Select to stream the game of your choice directly to your mobile device Play.

When your game loads, a customizable overlay will appear on your screen. This overlay replaces the controller and by tapping on screen prompts, you’ll be able to navigate your game as if you were using a controller.
