Troubled Nickelodeon star Drake Bell has split from wife, actress Janet von Schmeling, amid recent struggles, sources tell Page Six. We’re told they’re getting a divorce.
The sources also inform that he is undergoing treatment.
On December 7 and 8. Bell was spotted “popping” bubbles in his car in the parking lot of a vape shop while his young son sat in the back seat.
Now, an insider has told us that Von Schmeling has “enough.”
The Drake & Josh star, 36, and Von Schmeling, 28, began dating in 2013 and got married in an intimate ceremony back in 2018.
Von Schmeling appears to have returned to Florida with her son. We hear he’s holed up in a house in Florida and getting support from his family.
Bell and Von Schmeling got married in 2018.

“They’ve had some incredibly beautiful times in the past. He needs to focus on being healthy and they will be great parents in the future,” the source said.
“It’s bad timing for Drake. But he’s a great dad when he’s healthy and sober,” they added.
This isn’t Bell’s first tumultuous run. In 2021, he pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted child endangerment and distribution of material harmful to minors in a 2017 incident.
Bell was sentenced to two years of probation and 200 hours of community service.
Prosecutors claimed he met a girl online, who is now an adult. She then attended his concert in Cleveland in 2017. Police said Bell sent the girl “inappropriate messages on social media.”
He was charged with driving under the influence in 2015, and ex-girlfriend Melissa Lingafelt alleged in 2020 that he verbally and physically abused her, which he denied.
Von Schmeling did not respond to a request for comment.
