Arkane Studios’ Redfall:The first-person shooter, which pits a group of survivors against a vampire invasion outside a seaside town, is coming to Xbox Series X and Windows PC on May 2, publisher Bethesda Softworks announced during the Xbox Developer Direct live stream on Wednesday. Redfall: will launch on Game Pass for Xbox and PC.
During the presentation, Arkan showed off some of the missions and undead opponents that players can expect when the survival horror game arrives. It involves fending off an invasion of vampires and then mowing down waves of super-goth thugs eager to share their drama with you.
Redfall: was announced at E3 2021 and was originally slated to arrive last year. Delayed, beside Starfield, still in May. The open-world co-op shooter can be played alone or with up to four survivors, each with their own unique traits and abilities. Arkane Austin studio director Harvey Smith said about it Redfall: It’s not a shooter like Left 4 Dead, and its gameplay is more like Borderlands-like co-op.
Redfall: will be one of Microsoft’s first-party Xbox and PC games to sell for a new, higher price of $69.99.
