News of Wegmans Food Market coming to Long Island had viewers excited. The popular chain will open a 100,000-square-foot store in DSW Plaza near Smith Haven Mall. Wegmans has 106 locations on the East Coast, but this will be the first on Long Island.

They were shut out by Pennsylvania, but proved to be an inspiration to any Long Island boy who ever wants to play in the Little League World Series. .
