LSU is No. 1 in nearly every preseason college baseball ranking. Oddsmakers have now officially installed the Tigers as the national title favorites.

Caesars Sportsbook, the official odds partner of, released odds this week on who will win the 2023 College World Series, with LSU leading the way at +700. That means a $100 bet will win $700 if the Tigers win it all in Omaha.

Not surprisingly, there are other strong Southeastern Conference teams in LSU’s company.

Next on the list, at +800, is Tennessee, which comes to Baton Rouge in late March for a three-game series. The Volunteers finished 57-9 last season and were ranked No. 9.

Other SEC teams near the top of the odds board are Florida (+1,300); defending national champion Ole Miss (+1,500); and the trio of Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Arkansas, all at +1800.

In fact, the only non-SEC teams with odds better than 20-1 are Stanford (+1,200) and Texas (+2,000).

In other sportsbooks, the Tigers are even heavier favorites. DraftKings has LSU at +500 to win.

LSU opens its season Feb. 17 in Baton Rouge against Western Michigan.
