Former Belleville quarterback Aaron Alexander is transferring to Michigan State football.
He played in three games for Massachusetts this season as a freshman after helping Belleville win the state title as a senior.
“I’m coming home”, Alexander tweeted on Tuesday.
Alexander was traded to the Michigan Wolverines during the signing period last December. Alexander, a three-star prospect, is ranked No. 26 in the state of Michigan, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds.
The Spartans’ quarterback room currently includes Cal Halladay, Jacoby Windmon, Aaron Brule, Darius Snow and Maa Gaotote, among others.

Then later Tuesday night, former Florida State quarterback Jarrett Jackson announced he was joining the Spartans.
Jackson, listed at 6-6 and 308 pounds, played in 11 games as a redshirt sophomore this season. The Riviera Beach, Fla., native had 12 tackles (two solo) and a quarterback. He began his college career at Louisville as a true freshman in 2018.
