Why Don’t A Die-hard Fan of Singer Danielle Seavey Breaks In and Attempts to Kiss Her?

Daniel Seavey Can’t seem to shake one die-hard fan, who apparently insists on being in his friend’s direct presence; he just got arrested for breaking into her house and trying to plant one on her.

“Why Don’t We” member’s manager, Randy Phillipstells TMZ … DS was bumped again by the same lady, Elisa Amirawho continuously harassed him in 2022.

Keep in mind that she had multiple issues with him dating back to July, and it looks like she’s still lingering.

This time, we’re told, Amira walked into her Los Angeles home Sunday night through an open sliding back door (without permission, mind you) … and into Sivy’s bedroom, where she was hanging out in her bed. Randy says Danielle looked over and saw Amira hovering above, scaring the bejesus out of her.

We’re told Amira then tried to bend down and kiss Daniel, prompting him to physically remove her from her home, part of which she filmed.

You can see Sivy walking him down his path and telling him to get lost.

We’re told he didn’t lie, but ducked down at her door until the cops came and threw away the handcuffs. Randy says Amira kept yelling. “I love you, Daniel.” … when he was thrown into the patrol car.

Amira allegedly previously broke into the singer’s house. Daniel even got a restraining order in August after claiming he broke into her home and slept in her bed.

Unfortunately, that piece of paper doesn’t seem to be telling him to stay away.

Although we’re told he was convicted of violating the restraining order, Daniel’s team tells us he’s not going to press charges in connection with this latest incident… as long as his parents, who live on the East Coast, can. get him out of Kali.
