After Gunna was released from prison in a plea deal, the rap world reacted with mixed emotions. Many believed that the YGL rapper robbed his co-defendants, while others understand the circumstances. However, some appear to be taking harder lines. Lil Durk teased a song on Instagram that seemed to shade Gunna while Lil Baby unfollowed the pushin p rapper on Instagram.

“What happened to Virgil? He’ll probably tell,” rapper Durk sings. “I let him go ’cause Timo ain’t selling / Thanks 7 and Bukka, I’m bragging Melvin / When Lil Boo and them mad it ain’t nothing you can tell them / I can tell you what I done for the streets / you got the papers, you did it and it came / I walked into the Clubhouse and into the beef.”

What’s more, both Durkio and Gunna appeared on the track “What Happened To Virgil,” which really sets this diss off. Paperwork is also mentioned. While this could honestly be interpreted as an overt diss, it’s hard not to think of Gunna given their collaboration and the timing of his release. However, this one is relatively up in the air.

Meanwhile, eagle-eyed fans have noticed that Lil Baby has unfollowed his ‘Drip Too Hard’ co-star on Instagram. What makes this exchange interesting is that It’s only Me The rapper has a joint album with these two artists. In fact, given the wide overlap of their fan bases, this news is as sad as it is understandable. With the current talk of ripping off, artists have to draw the line somewhere.

The developments come amid Young Thug’s RICO trial, in which he faces 13 other defendants. Furthermore, the latest update we received was that someone tried to smuggle marijuana to an unnamed suspect.

What do you think about Lil Durk seemingly not following Guna and Lil Baby to his Atlanta mate? Whatever it is, let us know in the comments below. Also, log back in as usual HNC Gunna’s latest, for the humiliation charges and the ESL case.
