Seth Rogen took the stage at the Critics Choice Awards to present the winner of the best comedy series. However, the comedian had some notes for the ceremony’s organizers and proceeded to blast The CW, the network that aired the event.

Rogen said it was his first time at the Critics Choice Awards and asked if they “always give out two awards at the same time.” The actor was referring to the supporting actor/actress category and had a bone to pick from the network.

“It was weird,” he noted. “Why are they doing this? Are we poor for time? Get another hour. It can’t be that expensive. Do you know how I know that? This show airs at 4pm on The CW. It can’t be expensive… a time slot, in my understanding of how this all works.”

Rogen continued to tease the network by noting that they had no nominations for the event, adding: “I’m not saying the CW is bad. I mean, it’s the network that got zero Critics’ Choice nominations. you they say it’s bad. We’re on your least favorite network. How did this happen? Nominate yourself next time, you would win. Nobody’s going to think it’s weird, they’re going to think it’s cool.”

The Fabelmans The star ended her rant by saying: “If you’re a regular CW viewer, this is an amazing picture to watch on your TV right now. I might be the first Jew in CW history. Absorbs it.”
