Dead by Daylight has added new cosmetics for Resident Evil characters Ada Wong, Jill Valentine, and the mutated William Birkin.

It appears that a collaboration between Behavior Interactive, the developers in the dead of day and the owner Resident Evil: gaming franchise, Capcom continues to move in the right direction. The former was allowed to play not one, but two RE: chapters, both of which featured one killer and two survivors, respectively. now Dead by Daylight should return the favor by providing the aforementioned additions to its roster with a collection of new, legendary cosmetics for players to enjoy. It would be great if they become available in the future Resident Evil: releases.

The first collaboration Dead by Daylight and: Resident Evil: brought Jill Valentine and Leon Kennedy, the latter featured in the upcoming Resident Evil 4 Remakeas the survivors while Nemesis played the Big Bad of the chapter. Similarly, the second chapter added Ada Wong (who is also featured RE4) and Rebecca Chambers as the survivors and Albert Wesker as the killer. But this is where things get interesting with the newly added skins.

It’s worth noting that all of the aforementioned sashes are cosmetic sets, so players won’t be able to mix and match different parts of the different skins. Blythe’s skin is perhaps the most interesting and detailed. He is one of the least popular but insanely strong assassins inside in the dead of day so behavior decided to turn him into a mutated William Birkin. The level of detail with the skin is incredible, especially the well-detailed bulging eyeball erupting from the right shoulder. Blight’s new visuals are accompanied by skin-specific sound effects to complete the entire experience.

Dead by Daylight currently available for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and various mobile devices. What about? Resident Evil, The acclaimed fourth-part remake is slated for release on March 24, 2023, while the wildly popular VR version Resident Evil village expected next month. The latter’s release date coincides with the launch of Sony’s PSVR 2 headset, as it will serve as the platform’s launch title, which is slated for February 22, 2023.
