Rurouni Kenshin is set to return after all these years with a brand new anime, and fans got a glimpse of the new reboot series with a new trailer. Although the original creator behind the series has been convicted of several heinous crimes, the franchise has lived on with not only a brand new manga series, but also a new anime now set to release next year. This new series will also pick up the series from the very beginning, as it promised to take on the manga from its earliest moments.

New Rurouni Kenshin The reboot series takes things right back to the beginning, and that’s the highlight of the newest trailer released at this year’s Jump Festa 2023 event. This newest trailer not only gives us the best look at the new series in motion, but also confirms the final two members of the main cast with our first looks at Yahiko and Sagara. How To Watch Rurouni Kenshin Reboot Anime

Scheduled for release sometime next year, Rurouni KenshinIts new anime will be directed by Hideyo Yamamoto for Liden Films, with character design by Terumi Nishi, series composition by Hideyuki Kurata, and Yu Takami as composer. The cast of the new reboot series includes the four main additions of Soma Saito as Kenshin Himura, Rie Takahashi as Kaoru Kamiya, and the newly announced Makoto Koichi as Yahiko Myojin and Taku Yashio as Sagara Sanosuke. If you wanted to search Rurouni Kenshin’s original anime before the new series, you can now find it streaming on Crunchyroll and Hulu. They make fun of it like this.
