Jennifer Lopez has officially listed her nine-bedroom Los Angeles home for a whopping $42.5 million, seven years after buying it for $28 million.
The Bel Air home is complete with an outdoor amphitheater, private lake and beach, indoor movie theater, infinity edge pool, gym and 13 bathrooms.
Lopez, 53, may be looking for a bigger and better property after marrying Ben Affleck in July. Between Lopez’s children with singer Marc Anthony and Affleck’s children with Jennifer Garner, the couple has five children.
Lopez first purchased the stunning eight-acre property in 2016 from actor Sela Ward and her husband, entrepreneur Howard Sherman.
In total, the estate is about 14,000 square feet.
