Former Disney Channel star Orlando Brown has pleaded not guilty to felony charges following an alleged altercation in Ohio.
Brown was arrested Thursday in connection with a domestic violence incident at a home in Lima, Ohio. He is being held on a $25,000 bond, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office.
The former actor, best known for his role in “That’s So Crow,” was arraigned Friday in Lima Municipal Court and charged with aggravated menacing, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Police said they responded to the call and when officers arrived at the home, they witnessed a verbal dispute that they feared could turn violent.
According to the arrest report, a relative said Brown was acting “crazy” and “came at her in a threatening manner with a hammer and a knife.”

The relative told police that Brown had been staying at her home for about two weeks because Brown was homeless and she “didn’t want him to go to a homeless shelter.”
Brown has had several personal problems in the past, including drinking, drug addiction and charges of domestic battery, resisting arrest and drug possession.
He admitted to drinking heavily, using drugs and selling crystal meth while appearing on Dr. Phil in 2018.

The former actor said in an interview that he wants to clean up for his children. When he was asked how many children he has, he replied: She also claimed to Dr. Phil that the late pop star Michael Jackson was her father.
