Cheryl Burke has reportedly won custody of her French bulldog Ysabella, finalizing her nasty divorce from ex-husband Matthew Lawrence.

The Dancing with the Stars pro, 38, announced in October that the couple were “being sued,” but it appears the 42-year-old child star has instead waived his rights to French.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cheryl has been granted full ownership of Ysabella, leaving Lawrence to focus on her new relationship with TLC’s Chili.

Victory. Cheryl Burke, 38, has reportedly been awarded full custody of her French bulldog, Isabella, after finalizing her nasty divorce from ex-husband Matthew Lawrence, 42.

Lawrence, whose most memorable role was Robin Williams’ teenage son in 1993’s Mrs. Doubtfire, has agreed to release “all documents/data relating to Isabella,” according to TMZ.

He also agreed to give up the title of “pet parent” for Ysabella’s microchipping service, Home Again.

Matthew is already in a new relationship with TLC’s Chili, born Rosonda Thomas, 51.

A rep for the No Scrubs singer told TMZ earlier this month that she and Lawrence became “exclusive” at the start of the holiday season.

The pair officially took to Instagram in late December, posting a video of themselves dancing to Take on Me.

Cheryl initially filed for divorce from Matthew on February 18, saying the couple separated on January 7, 2022.

In September, Burke and Lawrence agreed to split their two properties and waive spousal support from both parties, as outlined in their prenuptial agreement.

Lawrence and Burke first met in 2006 when her brother Joey Lawrence, 46, was on Dancing with the Stars.

The high-profile couple dated for a year, broke up, then rekindled their relationship in 2017, announcing their engagement the following year and tying the knot in 2019.

Speaking on her iHeart podcast Burke in the Game in October, Cheryl said she and Matthew were destined to go to court over custody of Ysabella.

“I’m still very hurt by the whole situation,” the San Francisco-born beauty said at the time.

Cheryl went on to add that while their divorce is final, “It’s not over yet because we have to go to court, well, we’re going to go to trial until [Lawrence] suddenly it stops.

“That’s my dog,” Burke announced. “Isabella is my daughter, I’m a dog mother, and that’s it.” I couldn’t even imagine my life, I mean I could cry right now, but I couldn’t imagine my life without him.

He began: [my dog] Yes, of course, but I really feel like he’s a part of me, so he doesn’t count.”

“If I’m being honest,” Cheryl admitted, “feeling like my feelings are really new to me.”

Burke went on to say that she’s “spent her whole life up until this point trying to numb” her emotions, and she’s “learning that it’s MUCH harder to get through them.”

He added: “I think what it all means is that really feeling my feelings, whatever they are, being alone for a few days has been the best thing for me. I would highly encourage anyone out there to try it and not feel guilty about needing that space.”
