Whether you’re a seasoned real estate professional or someone who casually scans listings from time to time, you’ve probably noticed that 2022 housing market was a bit hard to follow sometimes. Like 2021, most experts noted that this year was mostly a seller’s marketbut what’s in store for 2023?

Forecasts for the housing markets that will see the most growth in 2023

With mortgage interest rates skyrocketing over the past few months, many prospective buyers have decided: put off buying houses– even if the price of the property itself has fallen.
