BOCA RATON, FL. – After a seasonal hiatus, the Boca Fresh Market will resume at Mizner Park every Sunday.
The popular Green and Artisan markets will be at the south end of the center every Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
Weekly events will feature a produce center and local vendors offering items such as food, jam, jelly, bread, honey and more.
“We are delighted to welcome back the Green and Artisan Markets for a third season,” said Vicki Baisden, general manager of Mizner Park, owned by Brookfield Properties. “The markets support small businesses in our community and invite visitors to enjoy our beautiful property.”
One business owner benefiting from the market is Natalia Falciglia, who started her own jewelry and candle company, Poured Love.
“Most of my online sales come from marketplaces like this,” Falciglia said. “So this is an amazing discovery. I get all my clients from such events.”
Falciglia hand makes all of their products and imports everything directly from Colombia. That’s why market project and operations manager Nicholas Thomas said the shopping experience for customers is unique.
“We have honey that we get from local beekeepers, we have bread that people literally make by hand,” Thomas said. “What you’ll find here you won’t find in regular stores.”
Thomas estimated about 20 vendors set up shop Sunday and said he expects many more people to shop them.
You can shop at the market every Sunday until June.
Thomas said the last time Boca’s Fresh Market was held was last June.
