A woman has detailed how she went from being financially dependent on her husband to becoming a self-made millionaire after starting her own cleaning business at the age of 23.
Jennifer Hernandez shares her story and gives advice to other aspiring entrepreneurs on her @tropicalcleanings_ TikTok page, which earned more than 67,5000 followers in just weeks!
The mother, who now owns residential and commercial cleaning businesses, went viral last month after she claimed she was making $600,000 a month.
Hernandez said he cleans the office of five a day, seven days a week, and charges $250 each, which comes to $8,759 a week. He also has 20 employees who work eight-hour shifts and are paid $1,000 a day.

The entrepreneur explained that he started the cleaning business because it was cheap, and he emphasized that anyone can enter the industry if they are willing to hustle at first.
The video has been viewed more than seven million times and many commenters wanted to know how she got started.
Hernandez has posted dozens of videos over the past month answering questions about his growing business and sharing tips for getting started.
She explained that she was six months pregnant and had a baby to care for when she first started her business.
‘I had a big belly cleaning these people’s houses. They felt so bad for me. I also had a one-year-old that I took with me. I would put him in a pram and clean these people’s houses,” he recalls.
Her husband soon quit his $18-an-hour job to help her grow her business, but she noted that they continued to take their child to work with them until they could afford a babysitter a few months later.
“When you want something, you will go and get it,” he said. “It doesn’t matter what happens, you have a way and you will find a way.”
Hernandez, who had no investment money when he first started his business, also shared his tips for getting started if you can’t afford to get insurance and register your business.
He recommended joining various apps, including Homeaglow, which pairs apartment cleaners with customers. He also advertised his business for free to neighbors using the Nextdoor app.
Hernandez also shared that she was six months pregnant and had a one-year-old to take care of when she first started her business, saying she would bring her son with her to clean.
The self-made millionaire recommended joining various apps to book leads and promote your business if you can’t afford to invest in your startup yet.
He emphasized in his videos that it was his commercial cleaning contracts that brought him a lot of money, but he had to take advantage of those opportunities.

He claimed to have “made a fortune within weeks” of starting.
Hernandez noted in a recent video that he doesn’t even clean anymore because he’s hired a team to do it for him while he travels from state to state to manage his business.
“When I started, I got my feet wet with residential properties, and then I started going to Airbnb vacation homes,” he said.
From there he moved on to hotels, gyms and trucking before booking office cleaning gigs.
He eventually launched a second cleaning business in another state, and his residential and commercial cleaning companies remained separate.
“I personally don’t clean anymore because I have a great team that does it for me,” she noted in a recent clip.
“I usually go back and forth from state to state managing my cleaning business, but when I did these cleanings, I did them every day.”
